From the collaboration with Manpower Academy
Euro Stampaggi has always been very sensitive to activities that can increase the level of professionalism, involvement and competence of the people in the company. In collaboration with Manpower Academy (a Manpower Group training company), it has recently started a training programme that will involve every member of the company in the long term. The first to be involved are the colleagues in the Stamping Department.
It is a training activity that does not envisage a single modality like traditional ex cathedra training, but an integrated approach that allows the use of different tools at different times to achieve the desired change result in a way that is real and profound by touching and using levers that refer to the hidden part of the iceberg seen as a metaphor for the Organisation. The intervention cycle is designed to be modular and iterative so that it can be repeated both in depth and on different topics.
