| What are your colleague’s greatest strengths? | He’s very polite, has a great temperament, and if he has any personal problems, he manages to leave them at the gate. | She’s organised and considerate; she loves working in a tidy, orderly environment. She doesn’t make a big deal of her greater experience; on the contrary, she’s always happy to offer advice.
