New machinery and robotic production lines, with the aim of achieving energy self-sufficiency.
The Mould Making workshop has always been one of the cornerstones of our production organisation. Everything starts there, which is why it is always a focus of our investment, with a view to continuously improving quality. Our customers’ needs evolve and we evolve with them, but our constant aim and challenge is to anticipate them. This is why we need increasingly precise equipment, and increasing the automation of the manufacturing stages will help us achieve this goal. We therefore plan to invest in new machinery and robotic lines, so that we can increase production capacity but, above all, eliminate even the smallest errors that inevitably occur in labour-intensive processes.
There are also significant developments regarding environmental aspects. We continue to pursue the goal of self-generating our own energy. A 100 kW solar panel system will be installed on the roof of the new building, complementing the existing one. We are confident that we can immediately meet at least 80% of the new workshop’s energy requirements, whilst we remain committed to increasing this percentage in the future to cover the company’s entire energy needs.
