A tool for monitoring safety, wellbeing and respect. We speak to coordinator Vanessa Russo.
Tidiness and Cleanliness are synonymous with Safety and Quality. It was with this slogan, over ten years ago, that the Clean Team was established – a group of staff members from Euro Stampaggi whose aim is to ensure continuous monitoring of cleanliness standards in the interests of safety, environmental protection and staff well-being.
A team that is regularly refreshed to ensure the widest possible participation and the ongoing professional development of all staff.
We are therefore pleased to present the “Team of 18” for 2026, which is also led by Vanessa Russo, who has been in post since 2022.
“The Clean Team,” he explains, “provides an opportunity for all departments to exchange ideas and discuss issues, where problems are highlighted and practical solutions are sought. We share ideas and experiences that are destined to become a resource for everyone.”
Whilst its primary aim is to maintain order and cleanliness within the factory, the Clean Team also serves to ensure ongoing coordination between the various departments and provides constant feedback to management.
“There is excellent cooperation among colleagues and the management is extremely supportive, constantly providing us with fresh impetus. And I must say that the results are clear to see: even recently, we have received many expressions of appreciation from key clients who have visited the factory.”
The next step? “We’re currently putting together a map,” he concludes, “to be distributed to staff and displayed on the premises, showing the locations of all the recycling points.”
