The new Mould Construction Workshop is taking shape

The opening is scheduled for the end of the summer.
It is a project in which young people play a leading role.

Work is progressing rapidly towards the opening of the new Mould Construction Workshop in the building adjacent to Euro Stampaggi’s main factory, which was purchased in 2025.

The Mould Construction Workshop is one of the main pillars of Euro Stampaggi’s complex production system. The primary aim of acquiring these additional 1,300 square metres is to bring together the two construction workshops: the internal one in the historic factory and the external one belonging to our subsidiary, Pa.Co. Stampi. The primary objective is therefore to create a single operational complex employing 25 people, including skilled workers and technicians, some with thirty years’ experience and, above all, well-trained young people who are keen to develop, driven by a strong desire for change.

Giovanni Manselli, the director of Euro Stampaggi, is personally involved in managing the project and is convinced that “the most important challenge concerns young people: they have enthusiasm, energy and a desire to grow. We must support them, but this is a significant challenge that must be met with the vital assistance of our more senior staff. Change is always synonymous with improvement; even if there is some resistance, the outcome will certainly be positive for our customers’ needs. For example, today we are capable of doing things that would have seemed impossible and unthinkable in the past; this is the result of a continuous shift in perspective, and young people are at the forefront of this.”

Gender Equality is corporate practice

Euro Stampaggi has achieved UNI PdR125/22 Certification

The terms ‘disparity’ and ‘diversity’ are not synonymous, but have opposite meanings. This certainty, which guides the entrepreneurial philosophy of Eurostampaggi Group companies, has paved the way for us to add another scheme to our Corporate Management System.

The PdR125 Certification defines guidelines on the management system for gender equality that provides for the structuring and adoption of a set of management practices aimed at eliminating any gender-related gaps.

Sustainability Certification takes shape

First ‘B’ category rating awarded

Euro Stampaggi completed the ESG self-assessment questionnaire proposed by Synesgy. The questionnaire covers issues of Social Responsibility, Governance and Environment .

With this first step, aimed at highlighting its strengths and, above all, its weaknesses, Euro Stampaggi is preparing to draw up a ‘Sustainability Report’.

Cribis has already provided an initial assessment of the data uploaded on the portal, assigning Euro Stampaggi an encouraging ‘B’ on a scale starting with ‘A’ (best result) and ending with ‘E’ (worst).
