WE BELIEVE IN PEOPLE AND IN A CONCEPT OF COMPANY AS A COMMUNITY ASSET
For over thirty years Euro Stampaggi has produced metal accessories in non-ferrous alloys used mainly by the high fashion industry, as well as technical articles for certain industrial sectors, including lighting and decor.
The continued focus on the innovation of processes and technologies, the development of people, and a production cycle designed to best meet the needs of each customer in terms of quality and satisfaction, have for years been the main components of the corporate philosophy.
The new commitment that Euro Stampaggi takes on is to balance the economic development of its activities with environmental protection and social responsibility, taking into account the needs of its customers, employees and other stakeholders.
As primary benchmark for the high fashion industry in the field of metal accessories, the company has its core strengths in product quality and speed of delivery, and this is why its main customers are the leading international brands. Euro Stampaggi employs an experienced and highly skilled workforce and is able to serve the Customer from the design phase of the product, creating in-house the appropriate equipment and hot-stamping the semi-finished products.
The corporate organization, coupled with the experience and professionalism of the staff, makes Euro Stampaggi an example of reliability and expertise in the world of hot-stamping. Even though the company has reached an industrial scale, it has kept unchanged its handcrafted characteristics made of typically Italian creativity and inventiveness.
In recent years the issue of social responsibility has emerged as an increasingly strong and central need. The ethical aspects of fairness, accountability, transparency, respect for human rights, respect for the environment, sustainable development, innovation and quality of products are becoming increasingly important in the management of business activities and, more generally, in society.
In this context, the drafting of the Code of Ethics is part of a process that began in 2004 with the implementation of its Quality System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001, with the implementation in 2012 of the Environmental Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14001, and finally in 2013 with the implementation of the Social Management System in accordance with SA 8000.
