Euro Stampaggi has made quality a key requirement of its business. Following this philosophy, it has always performed a quality control of its products that is not seen as a separate process alongside production but as a veritable working procedure integrated with all the others.
Dedicated staff performs a dual control activity: from the procurement of raw materials to sales, from product design to production planning, from the control phases to the collection of information on all production processes, from the education and training of staff to the workplace requirements. All this is done aiming for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Specifically analysing the monitoring and control of the production process carried out in Euro Stampaggi, we can distinguish between in-process control and final inspection.

The in-process controls performed during all stages of production: Design, Cutting, Stamping and Shearing. The quality control process starts from the design of the piece: the exact requirements that each new article must comply with are formalized by the Technical Office in a detailed chart that follows the production lot in all phases, together with the job card.

The final quality control is performed on all the produced lots at the time of packaging, before being released for shipment to the customer. This is an inspection of the dimensional and visual requirements performed by the Quality Control operators with the use of a sampling plan prepared according to the methods defined in UNI ISO 2859.
