UNI EN ISO 9001 is one of the most famous, essential and influential standard. It has often formed the basis on which industry-specific standards have been drawn up such as, for example, AS 9100 for the aerospace industry, ISO 13485 for the medical devices sector and IATF 16949 for the automotive industry.
Working in compliance with ISO 9001 means being able to plan, monitor and improve every main process and support process. It means knowing how to take every opportunity offered by the operational context and being able to identify each potential risk of a deviation from the expected results. All this is to achieve an important, well-defined objective: to satisfy the customer regularly.
