This platform can be used by those who may have become aware of crimes or irregularities in the context of a public or private relationship with the company Euro Stampaggi SpA.

Article 54bis of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n.165, introduced by Anti-Corruption Law n.190/2012 and then amended by Law n.179/2017, introduces the “Provisions for the protection of the authors of reports of crimes or irregularities of which they became aware in the context of a public or private employment relationship”, the so-called whistleblowing.

Paragraph 5 provides that, based on the new ANAC guidelines, whistleblowing procedures must have precise characteristics. In particular “they include the use of IT methods and promote the use of encryption tools to guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and for the content of the reports and the related documentation”.

Euro Stampaggi SpA has joined the project and adopted an IT platform designed to fulfill regulatory obligations and as it believes it is important to equip itself with a secure tool for reporting.
